Principal @JasonMMarkey, with the help of one of his students, shares how a twitter hashtag helped connect his school and community.
Twitter's power lies in the fact that it provides educators with 24/7 access to brilliant, generous people who are willing to share resources, ideas and support. But none of those things matter, if they don't result in real outcomes for real students. I asked the following members of my PLN to share a story of how being a connected educator via Twitter resulted in changes in practice that positively impacted students, and boy did they deliver! Their stories are practical and powerful. Thanks so much to everyone who contributed! Y'all are the best!
