Who will be your "critical
friend" partner in this work?

Once you've identified that
person, together spend your
independent work time on
the following:

Establish three priorities (areas of focus from the self assessment) for this school year.

Identify two "easy win" steps (two for each priority areal) that you can take towards these goals during the next month (before we meet again in November).

Identify one "heavier lift" step (for each priority) that you can begin working on between now and our next meeting.

Identify some "deliverables" that you can bring to our next meeting in order to share your progress with the whole group.

Create a plan for you to keep in touch with your "critical friend" in the next month to check on progress, provide encouragement AND nudge forward when necessary,
